Packaging
Del Valle pecans are shelled and stored in the most ideal conditions to maintain their fresh sweet flavor, healthy oils and beneficial nutrients. Each box is vacuum packed and kept in freezer storage from the time the pecans are shelled until they ship to you. The vacuum packaging and cold temperatures ensure that our pecans arrive to you as fresh as possible
Storage
The ideal place to store pecans is in the freezer. At or below 32F, pecans will maintain their freshness for up to 24 months. In the refrigerator, pecans will stay fresh for up to 12 months. Pecans absorb odors and flavors so airtight containers are best for storage.
